Born in Belfast in 1959, Barbara graduated from the University of Ulster with a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design and a Post Graduate Diploma. She exhibits annually with the Royal Ulster Academy as an Associate Academician and with Gallery 148, Holywood Co.Down. Her work has been featured on BBC television and in many publications including America’s Country Living and in collections across the world, including The White House, Washington DC and the National Self Portrait Collection, University of Limerick. Barbara sees her work as an important link to encouraging the conservation of our architectural heritage and is particular fond of the Georgian era.
